What’s the meaning of all of this? How does this week’s experience of social distancing and isolation, fear and anxiety, fit into God’s intention that we should be connected in love? And how can we connect with God and each other when we can’t be in the same room? This page includes a number of reflections and resources to help us answer those questions, including
…worship reflections led by Shawn Erb,
…a recorded message by Jo Ann and Tony,
…a 10-minute recorded devotional from Tony, and
…an invitation/link to a LIVE “Virtual Foyer” at 11:00 am, led by elders Rick and Beth McKinney. Hard copies of the message are also available. Scroll down and click to enjoy!

How do you participate in a live event online? It’s actually fairly easy with the technology we’ve chosen. You don’t have to download any software or install any app, and you can participate on your computer, your tablet, or even your smartphone. You can even call in!… although it would be so much better if you’re able to go online, so you can share video with the rest of us and we can see you! Just click on the link and a “Zoom” room will open. Click on “full screen” to see best, and then look in the bottom left hand corner for a camera icon. Click on that, and if your device camera is working, you’ll see yourself on the screen… and you’ll see others too! Then look next to the camera icon for a microphone icon. Click on that, and you’ll be able to talk. It’s best, once the meeting is started, to keep that mic turned off until or unless you want to speak. Your host or others in the room may be able to help with any other questions or challenges, but hopefully this will work well for most of us.
