Maybe you’ve wondered, “Why Bother With Praying?” Let’s be gentle and honest with ourselves as we consider the ways we pray (and don’t pray).
The stream was interrupted as Jo Ann was sharing the following Blessing:
May your spirit learn that prayer is not a place you kneel, but a way your heart and feet move.
May your ordinary minutes be lifted – the coffee brewed, the dishes washed, the difficult conversation finished – each task a holy offering.
May the gap between sacred and ordinary close, until every breath is a soft, quiet Yes to the Love holding it all.
And may your life, in its wholeness, become the living, breathing prayer the world is longing to receive.
